SPICY CHICKEN STIR FRY

This one can be a great "go-to" for when desperate for a delicious meal that doesn't take a ton of time- STIR FRY!!It is quick, easy, minimum ingredients and all in one pot. Yes, please!! Now, some like a little spice. If that is not your thing, don't use any or use less. Once you make this recipe, you'll always keep frozen vegetables and sriracha on hand!

What you Need:

2# Chicken Breast - Cut into Strips
2 bags of Frozen veggies
1 Tb Sriracha Sauce
To taste - Salt/Pepper
Garlic - to your liking (1-2 cloves, minced)
1-3 Tb. Olive Oil

What to Do:

1. In a stir fry pot or a large skillet, heat pan up to HIGH heat.
2. Once pan has heated up, CAREFULLY add your olive oil and chicken. Add Salt and pepper to your liking. Cook until golden brown. Continuous stirring/flipping/moving the chicken in the pan to avoid burning.
3. Lower your heat to medium and add your frozen vegetables. Stir and cover. Continuously stir or flip until the veggies are cooked.
4. Carefully add your sriracha sauce; a little goes a LONG way. Plus if you have leftovers, it will become spicier the next day.
