Flexibility and mobility are some key components to any workout program and we believe Yoga to be very beneficial to our program. We proudly offer Yoga classes as an opportunity to improve in areas complimentary to the movements and mechanics performed in our program. Each week our vibrant and experienced Yoga Instructor, Danielle Harkins (RYT 200) enthusiastically and compassionately guides us on our journey to achieve flexibility and mobility utilizing poses and yoga styles (such as hatha and restorative) also helpful toward enhanced mental focus and control, increased body awareness, better balance, coordination and more!

ALL are welcome to join us for these relaxing and effective classes.

Yoga at CrossFit RYS is free for all members!

If you would like to attend a class and you are not a member, you are welcome to drop-in for just $10! 

(We do ask that you bring your own yoga mat and block, if you have them)
